When you struggle to let your high potentials truly shine, when your current talent approach doesn’t deliver the desired outcomes, and when a changing workforce calls for a renewed perspective, our book and our method offers you a way out to:
Unveil hidden potential by spotting the variations in talent that come in many forms, each with its own strengths and pitfalls, so you unveil hidden potential;
Develop the you discovered by working with our proven P.A.C.E. method to develop discovered talent.
Activate your team’s true potential by retaining, engaging and mobilising key talent to drive impact and results.
Chisel away everything that stands in the way of talent!
Your team holds more talent than you think. Real talent – though it often hides in plain sight.
In our drive to keep that one ideal high potential, we often fail to notice the others. And what you don’t see, you can’t develop, let alone keep.
There are more types of high potential than you realise. And – as you might have guessed – each needs a different touch.
It’s a bit like what Michelangelo said after he completed his masterpiece, David: “I simply chiselled away everything that wasn’t David.”
Now imagine not one David, but a whole team of strong, brilliant figures, each unique, each waiting to be revealed in their own way.
We work with you and your teams to bring those qualities to light and unlock more potential than you ever thought was there.

Who we are
Leticia Vandemeersche
During her twenty-year career in education, Leticia noticed how important it is to motivate and intellectually challenge young high-potentials and how few resources are available for this in Belgium and the Netherlands.
In 2018, she founded Oida to share her expertise, initially with schools and parents, and later also with young high potentials themselves. In 2020, her first book was published: Strong Pupils in the Classroom: Basic Tools for Enriching Teaching(Gompel & Svacina).
Shortly afterwards, her focus shifted to adults and businesses, who grappled with similar challenges on the work floor. Today, she supports organisations in identifying and developing various kinds of high-potential profiles, and guides managers and leaders in spotting, coaching and retaining their top people.
She also directly supports high-potential talent through her HiPoAcademy.
Kristof Braekeleire
Kristof has been drawing since he could first hold a pen, and he never stopped. Somewhere along the way, he ended up in the technology sector, where he spent twenty years working at Hewlett-Packard. There, he ended up working as a visual strategist at the company’s headquarters in Silicon Valley. In 2017, he left HP and founded JIXSO, a company that supports organisations with change processes through visual facilitation.
With his unique blend of drawing expertise and knowledge of the international business world, Kristof is able to translate complex challenges into clear visuals. He has helped numerous organisations co-create better and more effective strategies.
He collaborates with Visual Harvesting, is a co-founder of the Visual Senseformers, and co-author of Transforming while Performing: How organisations can find their North Star and get everyone to act in days, not months (BIS Publishers, 2023).
